"The Messiah"

A short note on what is a Messiah.

To the Christians, it is a common belief that Jesus Christ (The Messiah) who was born in the line of David and subsequently died on the Roman Cross and resurrected on the 3rd day after His death some two thousand years ago, will return again or so called second coming of Jesus Christ. The problem is there are so many factions in Christianity that there are those who did not believe that he died and rose again. Many more Christians dispute the true identity of Jesus of Nazareth and adhere to their view that He is not the God of Israel who created all of the Heavens and the Earth but merely a Prophet or a special created being who separate from God. Who then is Jesus of Nazareth?
The many stories in the New Testament itself are always somewhat contradicting and full of paradox in terms of what Jesus was doing and what He was “testifying” or preaching.

For one example, why did He say that no sign shall be given except the sign of the prophet Jonah, but in fact at the same time, He was doing so much healing the sick and “raising the dead” miracles, signs and wonders continuously for 3 and a half years?

The issue that Christians should be truly concerned with and struggle to understand is NOT whether Jesus is just the Messiah (Psalms 146:3) but whether Jesus is also the God of Israel, who is the Creator of the Universe (Psalms 146:5-6).

Psalms 146:3
Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

Psalms 146:5
Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

Psalms 146:6
Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

For who is greater?

Is a Messiah greater than the God of Israel?

Does the Son come before the Father?

Does LIFE come from the Father or the Son?

Is your Salvation dependant upon the Father or the Son?

Where most Christians went wrong is when they worship the image of the Son (a Jewish man named Jesus of Nazareth) when God specifically tells us not to worship a graven image and they do not know the Father at all, thinking that the Father is unapproachable or a "cannot be seen" being.
Well, the Father is unapproachable to the vile and sinful man, not so much as you cannot go near God or that He cannot draw near to the sinful man, for even Satan/Lucifer always has an audience with the LORD to converse with God face to face, but because a normal man in his weakened fallen condition may feel too pressurized or pulverized by the awesome presence of the LORD, that for his own sake, he is banished from the sight of the LORD; But if you are Born-Again, you are made new in the spirit and you will be able to see the LORD face to face without being grind to powder.

Israel too is often referred to as the Son, so, do the Christians want to start worshipping every Jew that they see? In the book of Zechariah 12:8 mentions that the house of David shall be as God. Similar to the first generation of unfallen children of Adam are called sons of God and even so, Adam was called a Son of God.

Christians!!! Worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth. When the truth has been revealed, please do not refer to Jesus as the Son of God anymore for that was His mantle 2000 years ago, he came in the flesh to represent us as “Son of God” to reconcile Himself to us. So now worship the LORD as the Father for who He really is, as the God of Israel, the King of the Jews.  Call the LORD, Father, do not call the LORD "Son" because all Born Again Jews and Gentiles are called "Sons of God".

John 4:22
Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.

Zechariah 12:8
In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them.

Psalms 95:3
For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.

Psalms 82:1
God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

Psalms 82:6
I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

Psalms 86:8
Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.

Matthew 17:11
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.

Preceding Jesus of Nazareth’s first coming was John the Baptist (Luke 1:17).

As such, preceding to Jesus a.k.a. God of Israel’s second coming, there must be also a Messenger in the similar office that of John the Baptist with the spirit and power of Elijah.

After a short while in the near future, as in (John 3:30) Israel will increase, but I must decrease. I must stand outside of Israel because now that I am a Gentile, I am just a friend of the bridegroom but my joy is complete when Israel is restored unto the LORD.
(I hope Israel does not think of me as an enemy anymore but as a friend forevermore, I am so happy to be able to hear your voice again, I can finally decrease and go away in peace.)

Gentiles who are "born again" are individual “spiritual Melchizedek”, kings and queens of righteousness and peace.

Israel is God’s inheritance, as sons of God and they shall serve Him forever in Jerusalem as representatives of God as salt of the earth and light unto this world.

Israel will prepare themselves as a Bride adorned to receive her Husband, the God of Israel, King of the Jews, Jesus of Nazareth. I do not know the hour of the return of Jesus but it will be anytime after the completion of the Third Temple in Jerusalem (Malachi 3:1), in accordance to the detailed description in the Book of Ezekiel. It is not a "Temple of Solomon" as mentioned by some people.  The Temple according to the vision of Ezekiel is many times larger than the first Temple of Solomon.

Revelation 21:2
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

John 3:27
John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.

John 3:28
Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him.

John 3:29
He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

John 3:30
He must increase, but I must decrease.

John 3:31
He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.

John 3:32
And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony.

John 3:33
He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.

John 3:34
For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.

John 3:35
The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.

John 3:36
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

1 John 4:4
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

To the Jews, Jesus Christ is just a prophet. Many Jews did not see Him as The Messiah because he prophesied the destruction of the Temple instead of ushering in eternal peace and they believe that there is another one or two Messiahs coming to restore Jerusalem and to rebuild the 3rd Temple of Jerusalem as one of the credentials of “a” Messiah. But worse of all, many did not see Jesus as the God of Jacob.

The fact is that both the Christians and the Jews are correct in certain ways. It is of vital importance to always remember what Jesus said, that salvation is of the Jews.

Matthew 22:42
Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The son of David.

Matthew 22:43
He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,

Matthew 22:44
The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?

Matthew 22:45
If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?

What ye think of Christ? How can Jesus be the Son of Man or Son of God when David called Him LORD? (Matthew 22:42-45) How can Jesus be the son of David when King David himself called Him LORD?

Gabriel declared Jesus to be “Called” the Son of God because of what He came to do; as a “Job Description” but not “Who” He really is, that He is the God of Israel = Creator of the Heavens and the earth. There is only ONE CREATOR and we the rest of the people are His servants, His spiritual children.

The LORD was to represent us as part of what He came to accomplish and that is to take Israel’s/Isaac’s place as the scapegoat (a male Ram) for Isaac (Luke 4:29) and a spotless lamb for a sin sacrifice (female Lamb – Leviticus 4:32) for all the children of God. Jesus of Nazareth was the spiritual Melchizedek “King of Righteousness”.

Luke 4:29
And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.

Leviticus 4:32
And if he bring a lamb for a sin offering, he shall bring it a female without blemish.

The physical person “Melchizedek” also known as the first King of Salem (Jerusalem) was the Lamb of God, just one of the sons of Adam and Eve, (a daughter in this case, who was betrothed to Abel but he was murdered by Cain, so later she was married off to Seth, husband of one wife for over 900 years) a king and high priest of the Lord Most High, just like her brothers, the other sons of Adam and Eve, the sons of God born before the fall (12 sons and 1 daughter), this number is reflected in Jacob/Israel’s household of 12 sons and 1 daughter.

Hebrews 7:15
And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest,

Hebrews 7:16
Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.
Hebrews 7:17
For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

Psalms 110:1
The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

Psalms 110:2
The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
Psalms 110:3
Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

Psalms 110:4
The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.
Psalms 110:5
The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.

Psalms 110:6
He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.

Psalms 110:7
He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.

To keep in mind that the word “Messiah” or “Christ” or “Anointed” is not a word that is used exclusively to “THE” LORD MOST HIGH, creator of the Heavens and the Earth. This is where the Christians made a mistake when they try to match all the puzzles in the Bible to Jesus of Nazareth and thinking that the word Messiah is equaled to GOD.

Messiah = God?

A messiah is not equaled to God but is a person anointed by the LORD to do His work or carry out His assignments.

A simple and yet clear understanding of the basics of the word “Messiah” is referring to a person or persons anointed with the Holy oil and Holy spirit of the LORD Most High from whom all blessings and anointing flow out to all His creations. All Kings of Israel and Judah and all High Priests and Prophets of the LORD in the entire Bible were referred to as the anointed of the LORD.

So it is even safe to say that ALL Kings of Israel, Judah / High Priests / Prophets / and ALL genuine Born Again Christians are anointed by the Holy Spirit of the Lord and hence = to “Messiah” or people anointed either with the Holy Oil or Holy Spirit of the LORD.

Even King Cyrus, King Darius and Artaxerxes king of Persia. who followed the commandment of the God of Israel to allow and assist the Jews to rebuild the second temple in Jerusalem are so called Gentile Messiah.

Ezra 6:3
In the first year of Cyrus the king the same Cyrus the king made a decree concerning the house of God at Jerusalem, Let the house be builded, the place where they offered sacrifices, and let the foundations thereof be strongly laid; the height thereof threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof threescore cubits;

Ezra 6:14
And the elders of the Jews builded, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they builded, and finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel, and according to the commandment of Cyrus, and Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia.
Haggai 2:2
Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and to the residue of the people, saying,

Haggai 2:4
Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I am with you, saith the LORD of hosts:

In order to build a Temple of the LORD, there must be both a Spiritual and a Political representative liken unto King David / King Solomon and Prophet Nathan or King Cyrus, Ezra and Haggai.

In the office of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest was to anoint a governor in the office of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel. In this case the office of Zerubbabel is Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu, a man liken after King David whose name is the BRANCH (Zechariah 3:8, 4:9, 6:12, Jeremiah 33:15). His hands shall accomplish the will of the LORD and to complete the rebuilding of the Third Temple in Jerusalem and he shall serve the Lord in righteousness in the Land of Israel.

The original King of Salem (Jerusalem) Melchizedek was the pure olive tree while Israel is the wild olive tree. While Jesus represents the Spiritual pure olive tree and all His Children both Jews and Gentiles are His branches. Only the unfallen can be defined as “pure” olive tree.

Zechariah 3:8
Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.

Zechariah 4:9
The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.

Zechariah 6:12
And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:

Jeremiah 33:15
In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

Zechariah 4:12
And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?

Zechariah 4:14
Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the LORD of the whole earth.

The two olive branches are the present representatives of the LORD in the offices of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest and a governor of Israel in the office of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel. They are the same two olive trees in Revelation 11:4 standing before the LORD God of Israel, Jesus Christ.

Revelation 11:4
These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

Ezekiel 34:24
And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the LORD have spoken it.

‎"Why is a raven like a writing desk?" - “Alice in Wonderland” by Lewis Carroll

‎"Why is a raven like a writing desk?" I have been thinking about this riddle for the past few days after watching the latest Disney movie “Alice in Wonderland”. I suppose I have seen this riddle before when I first read the storybook during my schooling days but I never bothered to think about it or attempt to solve it.

Here is my attempt to solve this riddle.

Both are places where messages are written on. A desk is for us to write on, a raven is for God to write on. Not only in "mythology" but also in reality in the Bible, ravens are carriers of messages or warnings from God.

God wrote His commandment on the raven to feed Elijah and away the ravens flew following God's commandments to feed Elijah......

1 Kings 17:4
"And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there."

1 Kings 17:6
“And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.”

Regarding this riddle from "Alice in Wonderland" - among some other people's attempt to solve the riddle, here are some samples (you can google it to see the rest of the samples): -

1) "Because the notes for which they are noted are not noted for being musical notes".
2) "Poe* wrote on both" ...
* ["The Raven" is a narrative poem by American writer Edgar Allan Poe, first published in January 1845.]

In the days of Lewis Carroll (1832 – 1898), the most common place to write something on is on a desk. Be it a short note, a message or to the elaborate drafting of legislation and etc. There might be somebody who may be seen writing on the floor / wall or some other place with a flat surface. Unlike today, you write using computers, mobile phones, on computer softwares, internet discussions forums, facebook “wall” and etc. How far has mankind progressed to a stage where we can play god writing on “Walls” in cyberspace…… But what exactly do we write about most of the time? Practically 99% of wonderland NONSENSE……

Let us read some Bible verses to see what other places that the Lord Most High, creator of the heavens and the earth wrote His Commandments upon. Among the many places, here are some samples; Wall of a king’s palace, tables of stone, in our hearts so that we may not to forget and of course, the raven.

Exodus 34:1
“And the LORD said unto Moses, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first: and I will write upon these tables the words that were in the first tables, which thou brakest.”

Hebrews 8:10
"For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:"

Jeremiah 31:33
"But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people."

Daniel 5:5
“In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.”

Daniel 5:6
“Then the king's countenance was changed, and his thoughts troubled him, so that the joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another.”

Daniel 5:25
“And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.”

Daniel 5:26
“This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it.”

Daniel 5:27
“TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.”

Daniel 5:28
“PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.”

Even animals such as the raven are able to follow God's commandments without fail, what about us who are sons and daughters of God?  Not only do we constantly seek NOT to follow our Heavenly Father's / God's commandments but also attempt to continuously vex the Lord with our nonsensical rebellion and empty words.   Shame on us.

Malachi 2:17
"Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?"

Do you want to "LIVE FOREVER"?

Do you really want to “Live forever”?

Genesis 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

What does it mean “to live”? Is it not far better to die a righteous death and go to heaven? (or so, is that what Suicide Bombers were taught?) Even the Bible says, “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21).

In the book of Genesis 3:22, to live forever as a human being as you are right now and not in some floating heavenly dream or re-engineered superhuman. Are you able to take life as it is now with all its imperfections and live forever? The imperfections that we see now, are they just a matter of one person’s opinion? To the Lord, you maybe the most perfect creature dearest to His heart, while to somebody else, flaws are all they see.

So, people who take pleasure in seeing other people die or blown up into a million pieces and want the same for themselves are they insane, brainwashed by systematic induction of perverse theology or plain stupid.

Oh, another reason, demon possessed…….. Is that what so-called Martyrs are going to tell God when they end up in Hell? The demons made me do it.

Do not say, I did not warn you beforehand.

Real martyrs of God are not the ones that go deliberately seeking death because of religious affiliations but those whom death came looking for them – people who are full of life,  and only want to live for their Lord and family.

Come to think of it, mostly people who are well endowed in monetary means and not to forget social and political power are interested to live forever, to seek after Immortality, hoping to safe guard their interests, so to speak. Some people go to great lengths and effort (to the extent of even bringing harm or to kill) to find that fountain of youth.

Job 7:16 I loathe it; I would not live alway: let me alone; for my days are vanity.

Job 14:14 If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.

Job 21:7 Wherefore do the wicked live, become old, yea, are mighty in power?

Try asking people born poor and are struggling to live one day at a time, if they want to live forever?

For my own selfish reasons, I am hoping for the nearest exit.

What about some people who are in irreversible situations according to the law of human nature (but according to the laws of God’s nature, anything is possible and reversible !!!).

Just a few examples:-

a) People born into extreme poverty and neglect

b) People with painful Terminal illness – seeking Euthanasia

c) People who have been in prison for so long, they have forgotten how to live in a society. Life imprisonment – some may plot for revenge while some just hope to die.

d) People who have been betrayed or abandoned by family, loved ones closest to them.

e) People who are trapped in a series of detrimental situations.

f) People who are born or made disabled.

g) ……etc…….etc……….

Psalms 49:1 Hear this, all ye people; give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world:

Psalms 49:2 Both low and high, rich and poor, together.

Psalms 49:3 My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.

Psalms 49:4 I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp.

Psalms 49:5 Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?

Psalms 49:6 They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;

Psalms 49:7 None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:

Psalms 49:8 (For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:)

Psalms 49:9 That he should still live for ever, and not see corruption.

Psalms 49:10 For he seeth that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others.

Psalms 49:11 Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.

Psalms 49:12 Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.

Psalms 49:13 This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah.

Psalms 49:14 Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.

Psalms 49:15 But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. Selah.

Psalms 49:16 Be not thou afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his house is increased;

Psalms 49:17 For when he dieth he shall carry nothing away: his glory shall not descend after him.

Psalms 49:18 Though while he lived he blessed his soul: and men will praise thee, when thou doest well to thyself.

Psalms 49:19 He shall go to the generation of his fathers; they shall never see light.

Psalms 49:20 Man that is in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish.

We are basically programmed to believe that humans can live up to around 120 years old, even though “the Bible tells us so” (Genesis 6:3), it is because we see the mortality rates of our fellow human beings all die within that range of age. Most people believe that human beings like plants and animals, cease to exist when we die. That is a convenient way to think, that since we will cease to exist when we die, why bother trying so hard to live a righteous life and why bother to believe in some mythical being who claimed to have created everything that we see and know?

1 Kings 19:4 But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.

Psalms 7:5 Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.

Psalms 31:13 For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.

Jonah 4:3 Therefore now, O LORD, take, I beseech thee, my life from me; for it is better for me to die than to live.

Even the Prophets of old, wish for death to come (Elijah, Jonah, …..). What prompted them to seek for their life to be taken away? Are they not men of God, strong and mighty in Spirit of the Lord?

And yet, a life of seclusion and fear of death threats have made Elijah wish he had not been born.

John the Baptist spent all of his life in the desert alone and that even made him stronger in the Spirit.

In Jonah’s case, perhaps because the Lord pursued him so deliberately and intensely to pronounce God’s Judgments on Nineveh and hence Jonah became so preconditioned to think only of the destruction of Nineveh; that when the people of Nineveh repented and the Lord stayed His hand from destroying Nineveh, Jonah actually became somewhat ashamed and disappointed that his predictions did not come true. Did Jonah have some shreds of pride left in his heart?

Many times, even as the Lord punishes the wicked, he also chastises the righteous and even meets out a lesson or two for His own Prophets to learn from.

Jonah had to learn give up his pride and prejudice; while Elijah, well, he probably needed to learn to come out of that cave and face his greatest fears without shame or remorse, that wanton woman named Jezebel, the embodiment of the whore of Babylon, the worshipper of Beelzebub and all those who stand against the Lord God of Israel.

This demonstrates that even the mightiest of the Prophets of God are just human beings and when left alone, what do we normally do? A person left alone for too long, may tend to have their fears unusually magnified. Although it is good to be able to spend some amount of time alone in prayer and communion with the Lord.

In the end what the Lord aims to achieve is to show us that the Spirit of the Lord working through these prophets are able to overcome any of their individual weakness and fears.

Galatians 2:20 - “I am crucified with Christ: neverthless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

Although, we are left with the picture of a pouting and disgruntled Jonah sitting all alone outside the gates of Nineveh………….

It is quite unusual for the Bible to have a story that stops without a proper ending………

I wonder what happened to Jonah after that. Did he stop pouting and come out from under his booth with a contrite heart and get on with his life? I guess we can ask Jesus that question when He returns……

Ezekiel 18:19

Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live.

Ezekiel 18:20

The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

Ezekiel 18:21

But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Ezekiel 18:22

All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.

Ezekiel 18:23

Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

Ezekiel 18:24

But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

Ezekiel 18:25

Yet ye say, The way of the LORD is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal?

When I am depressed because of various reasons and maybe because the roof over my head looks as if it is going to fall down on me (because small pieces of it did), all I want to do is cease to exist but my mother would say “nonsense”. All my life since I was baby, many people close to me (cousins) tells me that I have a short life. I was told that when a person is called to do God’s work, he basically has a short life, especially in my circumstances. So, throughout my short life, I never thought about what it really means to live out my life until 120 years or more, if Jesus Christ comes back before I die. I never made any long-term plans. I never bought any life insurance. I never wanted to go anywhere or do anything. But I knew, I had to do something before I die, so I waited patiently to complete my duties so that I can die and go home to heaven, that sort of thing. I was kind of looking forward to that day and hope it will be soon. But only this past year or so, I realized (through the Lord’s revelation), that all those people that told me that I have a short life, are wrong. The worse thing is, I was feeling disappointed because I have always thought I am going to take the short cut out of here. So can somebody remind me of what it means to live again? Why do we have to struggle to survive?

My mother no matter how hard her life was, she has never thought of death before in her entire life. My mother although she does worry a lot, she does not bother herself with silly thoughts and imaginations [unlike me… :-(   ] and she has a faith that is solid as a rock. Phew!! Thank the Lord I inherited a little piece of that rock…:-)

My mother said, all my complaining and sadness is all about money, isn’t it? Hhhhhmmmm….. I am not sure but money does answer some of my problems!!!!! Fixing this, fixing that, …….it takes money to generate more money …… and it takes even MORE money to buy time off from laborious work ….

I think I am becoming a fan of King Solomon and I think I am as bad as he is, for saying, MONEY ANSWERTH ALL THINGS!!!

Being obsessed about money and the things that mankind does to get it illegally that makes man evil but money itself is nothing but a means for exchange of goods and services….

Ecclesiastes 10:19 A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things.

1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

In Psalms 146:2 helps us to see that no matter who we are and where we are (“while I have any being”) we will live to praise the Lord all the days of our lives. - “While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.” A person does not only need to “sing” in order to praise, but praises and honour and blessings unto the Lord can comes in all forms.

We praise the Lord and bring honour to His Name, through things that we do (when we live according to His Truth and Spirit) , the words that we speak with a renewed speech, the witnessing through our lives with the people that wishes to seek the Lord, and when they shall see it and shall place their trust in the Lord also.

Psalms 40:3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.

Psalms 45:17 I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.

Psalms 146:1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

Psalms 146:2 While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

Psalms 146:3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

Psalms 146:4 His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

Psalms 146:5 Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

Psalms 146:6 Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

Psalms 146:7 Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

Psalms 146:8 The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

Psalms 146:9 The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

Psalms 146:10 The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.

Psalms 22:26 The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

Deuteronomy 8:1 All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers.

Deuteronomy 8:2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

Deuteronomy 8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

So what does it mean to live?

“That man shall not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth MAN LIVE.” Deuteronomy 8:3

The Lord created the heavens and the earth and everything that is good in it including mankind. He created us not in vain but in his goodness and grace our Lord will enable us to live. Not only just enough to survive or get through the day, but according to the His endless riches of the full assurance of understanding and power of our Father in Heaven, the Lord Most High through whom we are His inheritance.

Colossians 2:2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

Isaiah 45:18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

What is that thing called Love? - Part 2

* Additions on 26th May 2010

1. Unconditional love.
2. Parental or Filial love. *
3. Spousal love.
4. Friendship caring and loving in the Body of the Lord's anointing. *

NEW KING JAMES VERSION
1 Corinthians 13:2-13
:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
:3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and strength I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
:4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;
:5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil;
:6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
:7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
:8 Love never fails.
But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.
:9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part.
:10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.
:11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
:12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then 1 shall know just as I also am known.
:13 And now abide faith, hope and love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

1. Unconditional love.

Ecclesiastes 11:1
Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.

Ecclesiastes 11:1 pretty much sums up what unconditional love means. If we have unconditional love within us, it radiates outwards causes us to love others unconditionally when we do not expect anything in return. Like bread when it is thrown into water, it slowly dissolves in water or as it slowly disappears flowing downstream never to be seen again.
But eventually, after a long period of time, the love that we give out will not return empty but will return to us manifold in the Lord.

Logically, can a person actually expect to find again that same piece of bread, which he threw into the waters? It is impossible. When we love the Lord and people in general, do we expect every person that we love to owe us something in return? How does one keep track of who owes who what? It is impossible to keep track. Unless you pick and choose whom you love, and that is why when you can see a neighbour in trouble, you will not lift a finger to help even if it is within your means to help but you do not like that person or something like that which prevents you from casting your dough ($$$) into the waters.

When you give donations, do not publicize according to “Matthew 6:3” and do not expect anything in return. When the Lord sees that which is done willingly and cheerfully out of the heart and not because of foolish pride or loftiness in publicity; the Lord will reward accordingly.

Matthew 6:3
But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

Matthew 5:46
For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

Luke 6:32
For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.

Unconditional love is like the movie, Pay It Forward. A person may feel that his love and good deeds is unappreciated or like the little boy who started the “pay it forward” project in the movie thought that his project had failed after several attempts, he gives up hope not knowing that his project has reach untold numbers people all over the country.

Like a missionary who strive too hard to convert pagans to Christianity because only one or two persons came forward to confess Christ for conversion while the rest of the people went home quietly. Actual numbers of those who truly believed in their hearts are usually not made known to the preacher immediately because the sole purpose of the preacher of the Kingdom of God is to sow seeds of repentance and salvation. A preacher must never give up even though nobody responded to his preaching. A preacher must never judge his success or failure based on the number of people who came forward to accept Christ because seeds take time to grow.

Many of those people who came forward at the first call of the evangelist to accept Christ are probably not a true convert of Christ but just a “fan” of the evangelist’s enigmatic showmanship or a coward who is afraid to go to hell or even a religious fanatic who has false humility thinking about all the rewards he will have in heaven and on earth if he obeys the Lord.

2. Parental or Filial love.

1 John 4:19
We love him, because he first loved us.

Children of God are able to love unconditionally because the Lord loved us unconditionally first. The Lord at first in the beginning loves us as a parent who loves his children and then when we have matured He loves us more intimately as a husband who loves his wife and will share more secrets and wonders with us.

Parents should love their children unconditionally and should not love them blindly. Blind parents are those who do not correct their children when they are doing something wrong or bad and allow their children to do as they please even when they are doing evil works.

What parents are we if we do not admonish our children when they have gone astray? Normal parents usually makes some form of sacrifices to their normal routine life to make room and time for their children’s well-being and growth; just as the Lord Most High stooped down from the High Heavens to come near to mankind as Jesus of Nazareth to guard us and serve us; so that we can grow up strong, mighty and able to fend for ourselves. As such, parents should also learn to listen to their children’s problems and learn to observe their characteristics because the needs and attention of each child is different and as parents we must learn not to be over expectant of our children. Some parents tend to run their children’s lives like a nuclear submarine, not realising that some of the demands are beyond what the child can handle. Therefore be considerate and do not provoke your children to madness because extremities or enforcing rigid life on the young may have adverse results.

Ephesians 6:4
And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Ephesians 6:1
Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Frankly speaking, a person will never really know or experience unconditional love until you have become a parent yourself. Parents are always on the giving side from the beginning when the child in the in womb until birth, a child is only aware of taking, as a baby cries to be fed and cleaned. If you do not have unconditional love, you will truly fear being a parent because the responsibility as a parent can be overwhelming and scary without the Lord’s help.

1 John 4:18
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

As we grow in the love of our Lord, He will cast out our fears. Fear about anything and everything. Fear of the unknown, fear of the devil, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of responsibility, fear of dying, …………… and the list goes on.

When we love and have the fear of the Lord within us, we will see that all other fears will seem to grow smaller by the hour and slowly become as nothing to be afraid of because of the greatness of the Lord that will slowly outshine every evil thing in this world that causes us to fear them.

The fear of the Lord is not a scary thing but an awesome reverence.

Psalms 25:14
The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.

Psalms 33:8
Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

Psalms 27:1
The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

1 John 3:18
My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

1 Peter 3:10
For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

Lucifer aka Satan our ever accuser and beguiler, even tested the Lord in saying "Does Job fear God for nought?" And so, throughout generations of man, we have been blinded by our own questions on what is the fear of the Lord. Why should we fear the Lord for nothing? Those living comfortable rich lives like Job's initial life are want for nothing and they have no reason to fear the Lord at all.
So Satan goes on to accuse us and say that surely we will curse God and die, if sudden terror and destruction were to hit us. So, did some of you curse God when your lives fall apart?
Matthew 10:28 says that we should fear him who is able to destroy both body and soul, while no matter how scary Satan tries to be, although he can kill the body but he cannot touch your soul which belongs to the Lord.

The Lord is our creator and friend, He only wants what your earthly parents want and hope for in their own children; that is MUTUAL love and respect. There should not be unnatural fear or false humility for these are Satan's lies trying to confuse us.

World English Bible
Job 1:9
Then Satan answered Yahweh, and said, "Does Job fear God for nothing?

King James Version

Job 1:9
Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?

Job 1:10
Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.

Matthew 10:28
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

3. Spousal love.

Unconditional love between a husband and a wife are often through helping each other for mutual growth in many areas including spiritually wise as well as spending some intimate quality bonding time together to cherish one another.

The spousal love of the Lord can also be seen when He leaves the comforts of His Heavenly realms to become Jesus of Nazareth and cleaves to His people to nurture and supports us in our daily lives so that ultimately we return to the Heavenly realms with Him in Heaven. As such, this love is reflected in a man when a man leaves his parents and cleaves to his wife and his wife must also learn to support her husband in his work or needs and standby the decisions he makes for his family.

A husband’s firm commitment and unwavering love will inspire his wife to commit all of herself to her husband to love and cherish him with all her heart and strength.
Just as Christ’s unfailing love for us causes us to commit our lives to the service of the Lord, and to love the Lord and ascribe to Him all our heart and all our strength.

Traditionally and usually is the husband’s initiative for the proposal of marriage just as Christ calls all His lambs to His side. It is seldom the other way around although not unheard of, even if the woman thoroughly loves a man and asks him to marry her, it may even causes the man to develop his narcissism and pride which may end badly for this kind of marriage as he may end up being a philanderer because he may not love his wife as much as she loves him.

Ephesians 5:33
Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

Ephesians 5:21
Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Ephesians 5:25
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Ephesians 5:28
So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

Ephesians 5:29
For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

Some men goes all out to chase the girl of their dreams and then gets married as if it is a to-do checklist and then stops cherishing their wives and moves on to something else and some even move on to other women at the side. To these people, their actual marriage ended when they came back from their honeymoon a few days or a few weeks after their wedding.

What happened to the happily ever after?

When Isaac was seen sporting with Rebekah, they were not exactly seen playing badminton or any kind of sports, well okay, maybe some form of wrestling. Anyway, the point is that lovemaking should NOT be used as a tool for conquest or disposable lust in fornication or adultery but should be for strengthening spousal relationship.

Genesis 26:8
And it came to pass, when he had been there a long time, that Abimelech king of the Philistines looked out at a window, and saw, and, behold, Isaac was sporting with Rebekah his wife.

As the Lord Most High fights through death and humiliation to be together with His people, so must the husband who being a stronger vessel than his wife should help his wife to fight to keep his family together through times of distress, trials and temptations.

A husband who abandons his wife and children because of temptations and tribulations, dishonours and brings shame to himself and pain to his family; and such abandonment wields the sharpest knife to cut asunder his wife what the Lord has joined together in Holy Matrimony.

Therefore, people should never get married too hastily or get married at too young an age. Parents should be at the first line of defense to counsel their children regarding relationships. Next would be your Church elders if parents are not available. Young people especially in their teenage years should try to understand their parents’ love for them first and foremost and then learn to love among friends and learn to cultivate friendship before they get married themselves.
Of course this is never easy when we live in a society besieged by generations of divorce and misunderstood parents and children - but with the Lord, all things are possible, even to the most complicated messed up person, if the Lord is willing, they will find peace and love in their hearts eventually somehow.

Enjoy your freedom as teenagers and young adults before you get married. What is the rush? Did not the Bible says that true love suffers long (patient) and endures all things.

Romans 8:35
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Romans 8:39
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 12:9
Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

4. Friendship caring and loving in the Body of the Lord's anointing.

Exodus 33:11
And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.

Isaiah 41:8
But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend.

James 2:23
And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

The people that you know, are they really your friends?
Most of the time, what we have are acquaintances, colleagues and maybe some good comrade-in-arms but true friends in Christ are precious and few. Jesus the God of Israel of course is our greatest friend (John 15:13 – “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends”). Have you ever encountered a friend who puts your life and needs before his own?

John 15:13
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

John 13:34
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

John 13:35
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Jesus of Nazareth died on the cross (and resurrected on the third day) not as a pagan sacrifice to appease blood thirsty gods but as atonement from His own curse against mankind’s disobedience in Genesis 2:17.

With the blood of the New Covenant of the Lord, He will be able to dwell among His people once again, not just in the Spirit but in the flesh also just as the elders of Israel saw Him in person as clear as day and they did eat and drink (Exodus 24:8-11, 29:45).
The Lord came to UNDO His own curse, so that mankind can regain the original Garden of Eden Immortality.

God cursed mankind to become finite in the flesh because of Lucifer's corruption as the Lord needed to contain the corruption as quickly as possible before it gets out of hand. He quickly locked our powers of immortality before we destroy ourselves and the people around us.
Just imagine placing weapons of mass destruction in the hands of a disobedient angry little child. . . . . . . . . . .

Genesis 2:17
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Exodus 24:8
And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words.

Exodus 24:10
And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.

Exodus 24:11
And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink.

Exodus 29:45
And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God.

Religion however, turned the blood of atonement of Christ into something out of a vampire movie as this is what we see in Christianity/Roman Catholic. 1st Century Christianity’s Holy Communion was actually Passover celebrations but throughout centuries of corruption and replacement theology, it has become something sinister and evil.
THERE ARE NO SUPERNATURAL POWER IN THE WINE AND BREAD THAT YOU EAT DURING THE HOLY COMMUNION AND IT MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT CHANGE INTO ACTUAL BLOOD AND FLESH OF CHRIST FOR YOU TO EAT EITHER.

If Christians insist on having their own Holy Communion instead of joining with the Jewish celebrations, then it is this: a gathering together to break bread and drink wine as in the days of Melchizedek when he met Abraham. It was just a gathering together for a light meal and prayers of remembrance to the Lord Most High to refresh Abraham and his companions on their journey.
So today, the Church can gather together for a light meal to remember Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews, the God of Israel. No specific day required, as and when people are able and can have the opportunity to gather together for worship.

1 Corinthians 11:24
And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

1 Corinthians 11:25
After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

Religion has made slaves of the souls of mankind, stripping us of our rights as an individual Child of God. Instead of making us realise that we are Children of God, SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF GOD, religion entraps us into believing that we must submit to some form of systematic theology and submit ourselves to other men of higher authority who called themselves Pope, Father, Bishops, Deacons, and etc. These people do not have higher authority over other men. They have the same authority as other men in the eyes of the Lord. If those people still claim to have higher authority over other men, then let him come down from his own man made pedestal and be among the people. Live as they live, work as they work, eat as they eat, wear what they wear.

1 Peter 1:6
Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:

1 Peter 1:7
That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

1 Peter 1:8
Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

1 Peter 1:22
Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

1 Peter 2:17
Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.

The Church Institution’s biggest crime is enforcing 10 percent tithes on normal working people and what does the Church do with the money? They fund idolatry and bigotry. Instead of redistributing to the poor and funding missionaries, they build giant Churches and expand materialism to accommodate and serve the flesh and not the soul.

Always remember what donations and tithes are for; they are for relief of the poor and needy and for the spreading of the WORD of GOD as during the first century Churches.
In the days of Melchizedek King of Salem, those who paid tithes are those who can afford to pay and those who pay from the graciousness of their own hearts because of their love for the Lord Most High and the monies received were always given to needy people and to send aid and relief to distant travellers who passed by the Land.

1 John 2:5
But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

1 John 2:15
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

1 John 3:1
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

James 4:4
Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

If you build a giant cathedral, it is not going anywhere. Giant Churches can only hold so much and if it gets any bigger, it will burst like a balloon being pumped with too much air, but if Church ministers were to go out to the fields to walk among men, then it is THE biggest Church ever, the whole planet. How are the needs of the individual being served in giant churches? We are not attending a concert or a sports event and the Church must NOT treat itself like a Concert Hall and the Pastor as the Lead Singer.
The body of Christ is the individual person and not the Church building.
Every Child of God has a voice in his own right.
Disciples of Christ should be seen moving among the peoples of the earth to spread the Gospel of the New Covenant and the Kingdom of God instead of inviting people to go see them perform on stage.

The Lord said that the harvest is plenteous but the labourers are few because the labourers prefer to be boxed up in cages in the size of Church buildings, as most Deacons and Bishops and even Pastors prefer a Church building to the open field because in the open field they are part of the crowd and their self made high status are not recognised beyond the illusions of safety and grandeur within a Church building. Only when you take away the microphone and stop performing on that stage show called a pulpit, then you shall truly feel the freedom to preach the Word of God among individuals, families and small groups of people.

Matthew 9:37
Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;

Preaching the Word of God also means getting to know the people at the same time. How do you know what to preach to a crowd, it is by observation to the needs of that particular crowd? Pray to the Lord of the Harvest to inspire you on what to say. The needs of different crowds of people are different everywhere. If you stuff people from all walks of life into one very large Church building, and you preach the same sermon over and over again, your sermon may only be beneficial to 10 percent of your congregation, while the needs of the other 90 percent are not met.

After a disciple of the Lord have preached in a place (seed planting), the Lord Himself will do the rest because as their Heavenly Father is also their husbandman, only the Lord will meet out what kind of education and lessons are best suited for His child.

The Lord said, call no man “father” which means that the Roman Catholic church fathers should try to cease to use that name. It is also not advisable to call each other Rabbi because only the Lord Most High is your teacher / Rabbi. Change always need time, and when King of the Jews, the God of Israel arrived to govern the world in Jerusalem, then maybe we shall see these form of self righteous human reverence slowly disappear among the religions of this world.

Matthew 23:8
But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.

Matthew 23:9
And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

Matthew 23:10
Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

I remember when I was attending Church services regularly during my early teens. After Sunday service, there are activities after activities all throughout the week and somehow, it begins to feel as if the Church is my second home and I became a little distant from by own house. There are people who have grown so attached to a Church that their own home is neglected. Going to Church should not overtake your responsibility to pay attention to the individual’s family unit. The time you spend in a Church building should not exceed a few hours a day in one week. It would be better if Church ministers can come to your house instead because real problems usually lie hidden at home.

Jewish Sabbath day is a day of rest!!!
When you follow the Jews, you should not be in Church on Sundays in the first place.

Your day of rest is with your family.

You already spend 5 to 6 days working and the devil wants to add to your distress over Church attendance on your day of rest.
Satan is the task master of the Church, not God.
God wants you to rest, Satan wants to you continue working on your day of rest as the whole family puts on their Sunday best and drag themselves to Church only to be filled with the latest gossips, mindless chatter and the occasional brainwash with false doctrine of men.

Ephesians 4:14
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

I am not asking you to demolish the Church building but the Church institution and mentality must change because it chokes the life out of little seedlings. Even before a Christian has any deep roots, the Church activities itself will erode away that tiny plant of faith that is growing within his soul.

Matthew 13:22
He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

Today in the comfort of modern times, how far is a person willing to go or do for his friend? Today a man will even think of 10 different excuses why he would not be able take one day off to visit someone he claimed to be his beloved who is just a few thousand miles away, let alone someone who is just a friend, then, there would be no cause to visit at all. Busy schedule, inconvenient situation, awkwardness, etc, etc……. excuses, excuses as if he is embarking on a journey to the planet Pluto or a journey to Hades to save his friend ….. and yes, unconditional love among friends can be quite unprofitable, so this is another good excuse not to acknowledge your friends.

Our Lord and Saviour, the God of Israel, came all the way from the comforts of His Heavenly dimensions to save his friends, Abraham’s descendants and yet we constantly seek to always undermine His saving grace and authority on earth.

Even the son of man did not receive anything from his “so called friends”; not even the cheapest sugar cane to quench his thirst. Instead his so called “friends” prefer to weary him with their iniquities. So is there any hope left for those who are simple strangers, hungry, thirsty, naked, sick people and prisoners? Will there be any friends to visit them when their own family has cut them off?

John 1:11 “He came unto his own, and his own received him not.”

Isaiah 43:24
Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.

Matthew 25:35
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

Matthew 25:36
Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

Matthew 25:37
Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

Matthew 25:38
When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

Matthew 25:39
Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

Matthew 25:40
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

True friends are like “Jonathan and David” where they loved each other as their own soul. This is the same commandment of the Lord Most High as said in Luke 10:27 where we are to love our neighbour as ourselves.

1 Samuel 18:3
Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul.

Luke 10:27
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

Gay people must not misinterpret Jonathan and David as gays; the Lord forbid. Clearly it is written in the Bible that same sex relationships that are sexual in nature are an abomination in the sight of the Lord. But we do not judge you now, (only the Lord will judge you when He comes into His Kingdom) because the whole world has been at war for the past 6 thousand years where the forces of the fallen angels are constantly fighting against the forces of the Lord Most High. Mental confusion and strong delusions of men goes unchecked and rampant. We cannot expect to rehabilitate a person in one day, let alone rehabilitate the entire nation and generations of men in one hour. But if you feel it in your heart that what you are doing now is something wrong, it is not too late to stop doing what you are doing now and turn a new leaf and sin no more.

Ephesians 3:17

But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

Ephesians 4:4
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

Ephesians 4:5
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

Ephesians 4:6
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
